Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for youcandy.ai subscriptions and credit purchases, operated by YouCandy AI Technologies.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.
2. 14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of a new subscription charge within 14 days of the payment date, provided you have used no more than 20% of the credits included in that billing period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Credits
Credits that have already been consumed to generate content are non-refundable, because compute resources are used at the time of generation. Unused credits from a refunded subscription period are forfeited when the refund is processed.
4. Annual plans
For annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window, access continues until the end of the paid year. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual term unless required by law.
5. Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same period, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or erroneous charge in full.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including your account email and the transaction date. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
