1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

youcandy provides AI-powered tools that generate videos and images from text prompts, reference images and templates. Generated output depends on your input and the underlying models; we do not guarantee any specific result. Features and credit costs may change over time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or that incites violence;
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or depicts non-consensual sexual content;
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
• Impersonates a real person or creates deceptive deepfakes without consent;
• Contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Violates any applicable law or the policies of our payment processors.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference materials you submit and, subject to these Terms and your plan, the output you generate. You represent that you have the rights to any material you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Payment, credits and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed as you generate content and, except as described in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable once used.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and branding, is owned by YouCandy AI Technologies and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouCandy AI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
